Day 5/100 – Resistance

‘Resistance’ Time for me typically shows up in the form of:

*getting really busy with other things (usually less important than the goal)

*escapism (books and movies are my favourite)
*endless social media scrolling

*doing a lot of little actions that outwardly seem important to the goal, rather than the big action I’m resisting

Note: I typically have a story that these things are ‘bad’ or ‘wrong’ – I’m starting to believe they’re actually a natural part of the goal setting process.
