My top 6 consistent Wellbeing practices are:
*Exercise (preferably outside, or dancing)

*Minimum 7 hours of sleep

*Drinking more water than I think is necessary

*Eating minimum 2000 calories per day

*Journalling (morning pages, FTW)

(Note: these are also usually the first things that slip when shit’s going sideways)
